COVID-19 Update 22nd May

Firstly, we hope that you and your families are staying safe and well during these extraordinary times.

Over the past week, we’ve seen a significant uplift in enquiries from both Sales and Service customers and it’s been great to welcome back more of our colleagues from furlough leave to help meet the demand.

Our Lowestoft service operations re-opened successfully this week and our Woodbridge and Diss Service departments will re-open from Monday 1st June, all with strict social distancing measures in place and contact-free transactions, details of which can be found here.  We’ve also created a set of guidelines for customers visiting our dealerships which set out what to expect and some of our new procedures; please click here for more details.

Our Service Booking team is fully operational, so please get in touch on 01473 276800 (Mon-Fri 8.00am to 5.00pm) or using our on-line booking service if you need to book in your car or van for any service or repair work.

The latest Government guidelines indicate that we’ll be able to open all our showrooms from 1st June and we are preparing on this basis.  In the meantime, our online Sales team continue to assist customers by telephone, email or live-chat with our ‘Click & Collect’ solution for vehicle hand-overs proving very popular.  We’ve also seen a great response to our new ‘Reserve Online for £99’ feature for used vehicles, so if you’re considering a change, please take a look at our website and maybe take the opportunity to secure your next car or van whilst there’s the best choice available ahead of showrooms re-opening.

We continue to work our way through the outstanding vehicle deliveries and have now scheduled around half of these for ‘Click & Collect’ or home delivery.  If you urgently need your new vehicle, please do get in touch and we will try to prioritise your hand-over accordingly; otherwise, please continue to bear with us and we will be in touch as soon as we can.
