Financial Conduct Authority

The Financial Conduct Authority expects any credit broker to disclose to the customer that a commission may be payable by a lender to the broker when a customer is introduced, and, if the customer asks, the amount of that commission. The Financial Conduct Authority has made it clear that ‘commission’ means any financial consideration.

John Grose Group Ltd offer products and services from a range of providers with whom we have commercial agreements in place. We will receive financial remuneration for business introductions which may be variable or pre-set dependent on the product and the volume that we place with that provider. The amounts that we receive may vary, but do not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender.

In respect of insurance products, we receive commission as a proportion of the premium paid from our insurance provider if you decide to enter into an agreement with them.
